Apple Cider Vinegar for Fat Loss

What is Apple cider vinegar?  

Apple cider vinegar (often abbreviated as ACV) is a type of vinegar that is made by crushing apples and squeezing all the liquid and juice out of it. Bacteria
and yeast are then added to this liquid to start the fermentation. This is a process that coverts sugars to alcohol. In a second fermentation process,
the alcohol is converted into vinegar by acetic acid-forming bacteria which is what gives the vinegar its super sour taste! The acetic-acid is also
what lowers the blood’s pH levels which creates an inhospitable intestinal environment for bacterial and fungal infections

 

If you want to incorporate ACV in your diet and daily routine, you need to make sure you purchase the right one because not all apple cider vinegar is
the same and it is important to know what to buy. Make sure to purchase a raw, organic, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. You will see that there
are strand-like sediments which float at the bottom of the bottle. Do not worry, your vinegar hasn’t gone off. Those floating things you see are the
most important part. The floating ‘mother’ contains raw enzymes of connected protein molecules and gut friendly bacteria that make ACV so effective
and healthy. The mother is basically the most nutritious part of the apple cider vinegar.

 

Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has been linked to many useful benefits and uses (not just for your salad!) Along with the many health benefits related to the use
of ACV, you can also use it for haircare, skin, cooking and household cleaning! There are several ingredients found in ACV which give it the hype and
reputation as a true health benefit. Below are only some of these benefits:
•Enhances weight loss
•Helps breakdown fat
•Helps digest food
•Reduces bloating
•Lowers cholesterol
•Helps relieve migraines
•Reduces inflammation
•Dissolves kidney stones
•Lowers blood pressure
•Regulates blood sugar levels
•Improves skin health
•Relieves symptoms of acid reflux
 
How I take Apple Cider Vinegar
If you follow me on snapchat (Josef_Rakich), you would know that I take ACV everyday with my first meal (I personally do not like to have it on an empty
stomach). Firstly, let me be honest, there is no way I can have a shot of this alone. It doesn’t taste great at all. See below the way I like to make
it.
Ingredients:
• 25ml ACV
• One juice of a lemon
• One glass water
Mix all the ingredients together. Add ice if you like.
Now make sure not to overdo it and take ACV in large amounts. Anything acidic can cause toxic effects if you take too much. You will see benefits and significant
effects with small amounts regardless.
