IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION/BILLING AND 14 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE INFORMATION
If you purchase any of Josef Rakich Fitness’s (JRF) transformation programs, you will be automatically charged in USD every week, month, quarter or year, depending on your billing frequency. Providing you continue to update your monthly statistics, you will continue to receive monthly updated meal plans and workout programs for the duration of your subscription. Please also note that JRF’s online personal training program is like a gym membership: you are paying for the option to utilise a service. Whether you access or use the service is up to you, the individual. Not accessing the service is not grounds for a refund or early cancellation of the program.
CANCELLATIONS & MINIMUM COMITTMENT
To cancel your subscription, send an email to support@josefrakichfitness.com or by using the contact tab and requesting to cancel your subscription. Additionally, all purchases require a
minimum commitment of twelve weeks; meaning, that if you request your subscription be cancelled, it will be scheduled to cancel at the end of the minimum twelve-week period. When you sign up for the program, the program’s cost is spread out of the initial 12-week period; after the initial 12-week period, you move to an open contract where you can cancel at any time.
7-DAY REFUND POLICY
With all JRF’s Online Personal Training Services, there is a fourteen-day, no questions asked,
money-back guarantee. If within the first fourteen days of your initial purchase you are not happy or satisfied with any of your products (digital or otherwise) from JRF for whatever reason, simply request a full refund by contacting the Customer Success team at support@josefrakichfitness.com. The Customer Success team will process the refund, and your subscription will be cancelled immediately. There are no refunds after the initial seven days, and you must adhere to the minimum twelve-week commitment regarding cancellations. Please also note that refunds made within the first fourteen days can take up to ten business days to clear.
The above refund policy does not apply to promotions that include any physical products (supplements or gym goodies). If the items have shipped, you can not claim a refund.
ALL-IN COACHING
If you purchase my All-In Coaching Program, regardless of if you participate or choose not to continue, you are legally liable to make payments up to the program’s total cost —all sales are final. Refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used. Failure to pay for the program’s minimum term will result in debt collection agency recovery, including additional fees and legal action.

Refund Policy
Josef offers a seven-day refund policy on the Ultimate Keto Shred; this means seven days from the initial purchase date. All subsequent payments are non-refundable. However, this policy only acts as a change of mind policy. There are no refunds in cases where the Ultimate Shred has been downloaded (and accessed). There are no refunds on any physical products (upsells) from the time they are shipped—items are generally shipped within 48hrs of purchase. Clients can request a refund by sending an email to support@josefrakichfitness.com. Lastly, not utilizing the service is not grounds for a refund.
