HIGH PROTEIN PUDDING ( 191 cal )
Ingredients:
- 0.5 scoop Protein Powder (30G Scoop)
- 100 g Dairy – Greek Yogurt
- 45 g Mixed Berries
Method:
- Weigh and measure all ingredients.
- Mix together and enjoy.
BERRY SNACK ( 194 cal )
Ingredients:
- 50 g Mixed Berries
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 50 ml Full Fat Cream
Method:
- Thaw or heat frozen berries.
- Measure Cream.
- Mix everything together in a bowl and top with cinnamon.
ALMOND BUTTER AND VEGETABLE STICKS ( 207 cal )
Ingredients:
- 1.5 tbsp Nuts – Almond Butter
- 90 g Raw Vegetables (Of Your Choice)
COFFEE WITH CREAM ( 199 cal )
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Coffee
- 55 ml Full Fat Cream
- 200 ml Water
Method:
- Prepare the coffee with water to your liking.
- Heat the cream in the microwave or in a saucepan.
- Add the cream to the coffee and mix.
- Enjoy with cinnamon on top. (optional)
