I started the keto lifestyle with JRF in May 2019. I have lost 18.9kg so far, I still continue to live a keto lifestyle as well as incorporating CrossFit and exercising into my life at least 6 days per week. 10kg of the weight I have lost so far, came from following the JRF keto meal plan. The meal plan absolutely helped me with the guidelines of starting keto and to fuel my body as well as understanding how to stay in a calorie deficit. I have learnt so much by becoming apart of the JRF family and would 100% recommend the program to anyone who is serious about changing their lives and reaching their goals.
