I completed the JRF 12 week challenge on the Keto meal plan – total weight loss is 7.2kgs! The weightloss was actually only a small part of my journey. I came across much more health benefits that it has changed my whole life and I am so happy I have finally found something that works! Better skin, sooo much energy (I have suffered with chronic fatigue for years), improved headaches, diminished cellulite!!! As well as improved cardio health.
