I used to have no motivation, no set plan and so disheartened by the way I looked. My goal was to eventually bulk but I was struggling to get the remaining fat off me. The moment I signed up to the JRF cutting program, it all changed. 8 weeks on and the difference I can see but also feel is incredible.
