I’ve been progressing slowly over years with my fitness after putting a lot of weight through school and college. I’ve tried different nutrition methods from low carb to carb cycling and was making slow progress. I had been following Josef for a while and after hitting a plateau. I decided to try out his 12 week plan. As you can see after 4 weeks I couldn’t be any happier. I’ve got more energy than I did before as I’m actually eating more, just more of the right foods.
