Before starting JRF I was 74kgs and completely miserable. I didn’t want to leave the house, I had no confidence and suffered bad anxiety and social anxiety to the point I got bad chest pains. I started the keto diet in September 2019 and after 12 weeks lost 8.1kgs which was amazing. My chest pains from anxiety completely disappeared also which has been the best thing. My advice to anyone considering joining JRF would be just to do it. You will not regret it and it will Completely change your life. I have never been happier and I feel amazing.
