I’ve been on my journey for 3 years now but I found JRF after my first 18 months. This program and community have been nothing short of amazing and there’s constant support available to you. My advice would be to just start! Make an accountability page and get started ASAP! I’m so happy I made this page and found this community, the more vocal you are the more you’ll realise how lovely everyone is and the more motivated you’ll be to continue! My confidence has grown a lot in this past 18 months and I’m so proud of my achievements!
