I am a restaurant owner and I work around 75 hours a week , I work out 3-4 times a week with 2-2.30 hour sessions. it was really tough to do Josef’s workouts properly because of the schedule I have and his workouts are totally killers! but I put a lot of afford on it and will keep it that way. thank you guys all
