When I started my journey I had no idea how far I would come or how hard I world work! Changing my whole lifestyle wasn’t easy but with the support from the people around me and JRF community I kept going and still haven’t stopped! I changed bad habits and introduced new ones until I found what really worked for me individually. Starting keto on JRF changed the game, I felt like a new person within 2 weeks I had so much extra energy to burn that I would love going to the gym! 2 years later I am 42kg lighter and still smashing goals! The only advice I can give is to stay patient and kind to yourself! Weight loss shouldn’t be a quick fix it should be a lifestyle change for your future self and it will take time and hard work you just have to stay patient!
