I was struggling with my weight after I had my 3rd baby and after some research I found out about the keto diet, I started consuming only keto foods but I just wasn’t seeing the results I was after so then I came across the JRF keto meal plan & transformation and at first I was skeptical but I just thought no I’m going to give it a try, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made because I have not been at this weight since I had my first baby over 4 years ago and not only do I feel so much lighter & amazing but the meal plan has taught me so much about portion sizes and what you should and shouldn’t eat to lost weight. Would recommend to anyone trying to lose weight and, the meal plans are super easy to follow and the ingredients are cheap. Thanks so much to the JRF team!
