After 2 years of minimal results in the gym I joined JRF. The meal plans were easy to understand, easy. The exercises are easy to follow with video demonstrations and tips. In 10 weeks I had completely transformed my body…it was amazing. By following the program I have built up my knowledge of nutrition and different training methods which has held me in good stead an enabled me to train confidently on my own. I now fully understand nutrition and macros and can adapt my diet to suit different training goals.
